In a letter written to Prime Minister Sama Lukonde since May 12, a copy of which reached Election-net.com, the Professional Association of Petroleum Product Distributors is sounding the alarm about the drastic reduction in fuel stocks west of the country.
Total Energies, Cobil SA, SEP Congo, Socir, Engen DRC and Finalog, mention in particular the sharp deterioration of their cash and their exceptional debts exceeding 220 million USD.
