The president of the Football Club Saint Eloi Lupopo regrets the disappearance of one of the father of Katanga considered as a great servant of the Republic when he was governor of the former province of Katanga.
"Our province has lost one of its fathers. Our sincere condolences to the family of Professor Ngoy Mukena, former Governor Katanga, great servant of the Republic", declared Jacques Kyabula this Tuesday, May 24 on twitter.
It should be remembered that Aimé Ngoy Mukena, former defense minister, died in Lubumbashi last weekend following an illness, reports sources from his party (PPRD). Note that he was minister several times. Between September and 2021, he was the last Minister of Defense in the Ilunga Ilunkamba government.
